Pros

Good working conditions (@Home group). Wide variety of schedules. Most of the team is more like an extended family than a workgroup.

Cons

Poor communication from the top down. Supervisors tend to dole out information only when it is a directive that something has changed or an employee or the team has done something negative. Very little positive communication or 'attaboys'. Employees have very little input in how things are done regardless of how many times we are told "we want your input". Job functions & processes change frequently and with little notice based on what the client wants. Internal support is invisible or non-existent - the only way to contact HR is by email or phone & there is no dedicated HR person so there frequently is a waiting period of up to a month for a response, if you get a response at all. Even going through a supervisor or Ops. manager, HR still frequently fails to get things done correctly. Payroll dept. frequently makes mistakes in tabulating hours worked or paying the correct overtime or vacation time. Micromanagement is very common from the CCRII & supervisors.

The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

Cons

When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
