Poor leadership, training, HR, and pay - Engagement Coach Startek Employee Review

One of the worst companies and leadership led the Farmington location to lay off almost 500 people after already furloughing and terminating almost a hundred before losing their client contract. Prior to the great layoff, training was always poor, expectations high, appreciation low, communication poor, HR against holding people accountable, and pay super low. Stay far away if there are job openings for this company. Oh and if you need IT help, be prepared for it to be the worst experience with someone located in the Phillipines who repeatedly asks you the same troubleshooting steps you already took and confirmed you took.
