      Pros

      Easy work well suited for workers who have difficulty standing or walking for long periods. Sometimes you can talk to very interesting people.

      Cons

      Occasionally, irate customers can be abusive and you have to take it. Most managers do not actually care about customer solutions but about the numbers.

      The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

      Cons

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
