Don't care about their employee's - Customer Service Agent Startek Employee Review

This company does not care if you have kids or not they will give you points and say that they have a "no fault attendance policy" doctors notes do not excuse you if you are one minute late you get some points for that so it is very easy to accrue points. You will get calls from angry people who have been transferred 2-3-4 times because no one knows what they are doing the female supervisors are just lazy, they fire good people and go off of hear say. They pick and choose who they hold the system to if you're not their favorite then you can pretty much forget about any kind of advancement. The managers never call the members back all they care about is their "clients" who have tons of workers without access to system that are necessary for the job the clients are not trying to fix any of the glitches they make us lie to the member saying someone will call them back even though no one does. They penalize you for any little detail they nit pick at you and expect you to be a perfect human being they should just hire robots
