Can work from home and training time is lengthy
Cons
No help when needed from help chat room. Routinely had no one available in chat rooms to help with difficult customers/situations. Time to login to their systems took too long and wasn't paid for that time. Routinely kicked out of systems and was reprimanded even though I had active help desk tickets open with the software developer with screen shots.
