Various choices for health insurance, great amenities: gym, shower, & locker rooms, free coffee & breakfast, amazing company picnics, open door policy on reporting issues
Cons
Not great wages but the trade out is worth it. It always felt like we were rewarded daily just for coming to work and those of us who put in 110% received pay increases and promotions. Sorry. I really don't have anything bad to say about Startek.
