Avoid! - Senior Workforce Analyst Startek Employee Review

No wonder the glassdoor reviews are so bad. The place is mediocre at best. The Workforce department is not the place to be. Absolutely no vision and no innovation here. We continue to work on age-old practices and tools established from a few years ago. Our leader's focus is more on palming off the work. Subtly scaring people by dropping names of leadership. Result: you will good at making ppts for leadership. No vision and no real guidance, fear is the only motivator here it seems.
