Pros
The atmosphere is great and relaxed. Causal dress policy. People are generally nice. They will work with your schedule but it’s because they are desperate to keep people as the pay sucks.
Cons
The pay is awful at a measly $10 an hour, and they have a high turnover. Generally young people apply here but are not committed to stay long term. Most other call centers pay much more. Other employees leave to get better paying jobs. It’s call center work.
