Pros
Good people, decent pay for the work, and a nice location. Generally not bad for call center work
Cons
Decisions and changes just kind of get made. You can't rely on any sort of logical decision making process or previous decisions to understand anything that goes on. Even at the supervisory level, my expectations and deliverables would change throughout the day depending on who I talked to. People can completely botch their jobs to the point where schedule realignments don't happen and cost the site literally tens of thousands of dollars and get a slap on the wrist (i.e., a lateral position move without even a paycut) while agents and coaches can be terminated for tiny offenses with no previous infractions. It's insanity sometimes.
