In the short span of training program, it is like going back to college. You will learn things in classroom setting, and you will meet new people. You will gain a lot of information and some of these are applicable as your own technical skills.
Cons
During the short span of on hands training as a newbie, receiving calls from abroad are very hassle, especially if you are new with the technical terms and definitions. Or, you are not used to them, those technical terms and definitions.
