Pros
Easy work, good pay, lot's of overtime also fun and exciting. The building was close to down town. I enjoyed the hour lunch and breaks along with the cleanliness of the building and the people that I worked with.
Cons
People calling in were all negative and hurt your feelings a lot. The computers and terminals were really old and the screens were hard to look at with the green glow.
