      Career Advancement, challenging work place, great people, fun work.

      Cons

      Low pay structure, lack of communcation from top to bottom, etc. Less emphasis on maintainting the tenured workforce they have.

      The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
