Benefits are very expensive Lower management under paid and under trained CSR hourly pay is "capped" which devalues loyalty Center middle/upper management is indecisive Rules are made but lack of consistent enforcement makes many people treat the rules as a joke Getting time off can be difficult Apparently no plan in place to replace broken computers/monitors causing stress and turnover
