Pros
You get 40 hours a week, benefits. It beats having no job. I can't think of anything else positive to say regarding this company.
Cons
DRAMA. If you need to have HR managing conflicts and documenting disagreements, you are not giving them a chance to handle it like adults. The benefits are horribly expensive and just not possible on a $700 check. It's impossible to even take a call here (or do an activity in the training room) without being micromanaged in some way. And the pay is awful for the crap you have to put up with.
