Criminals 2 months did not get payout for bonus and whenever you ask operations why you didn't get bonus they lie and say they paid it alr when its very obvious they didn't because aside from the 33k base pay i would know if 40k was added and It wasn't just me it was the whole production but no one else was standing up so I stayed calm until it happened again. And the HR manger is not for the employees they will so everything in their power to fire you even bringing up the fact i was absent for 2 days last year just because they see where my reasoning was valir they start to bring up other things to get ensure you get fire worst call center I have ever worked. I wouldn't recommend a child molester to work here.
