Nothing as such. Till training they will behave like Tulsi and parvati and then after you'll be able to see their real face.
Cons
Everything.. Employees into Management in Startek are completely mannerless. They don't have the manners to speak to the colleagues. They got promoted, they have their own houses in the city and they have a decent package and they think that they are the king.
