Pros

Working with start virtual opens a lot of opportunities for me, I was fortunate to participate on their free training on how to become a VA back then, and that's start of my WFH journey!

Cons

You have to work a night, but the good thing is you are just working at home.

Pros

They offer a work-from-home setup, and here are the benefits you can get from it: 1. With a work-from-home setup, you'll definitely experience a better work-life balance. This allows you to spend more time with your family while pursuing personal interests. 2. You can create your own workspace tailored to your preferences, which can increase productivity and reduce stress. 3. It's cost-saving because you'll be able to eliminate the daily commute, saving both time and money on transportation fare and/or fuel. 4. There's less hassle in deciding your outfit of the day every day.

Cons

The only concern you'll have is the "no work, no pay" policy. Unfortunately, as independent contractors, we don't have the benefit of paid vacations. Additionally, our time is closely monitored through a tool called Time Doctor, so flexibility with working hours is limited as it tracks mouse and keyboard movements.
