Oh my, we're sorry to hear about your experience during the interview. Thank you for pointing this out. We will look into this matter as we trust that employer branding begins with the interview. While we appreciate your feedback on the overtime, we respectfully disagree. We are encouraging a Work-Life Balance for our employees by giving our employees major control on their own job priority and work arrangement. Also, we are strongly agree on the misconceptions about work-life balance which work-life balance does not always mean a 50:50 split between work and life activities. “Focus on being Productive instead of busy.” - Tim Ferriss.
