Too few employees overall in the company.

Everyone in the company really cares about the end user of the product which makes the work culture great and wants you to invest yourself more in the company and the work you do. There is a huge focus on taking ownership which makes working for Starred really great and makes learning curve steep for anyone who is in the company. Transparency is valued a lot, nothing is really hidden from anyone.

Not your average VC or Angel-backed company. Starred is focusing more on the mission and is dependent on own cashflow which means more ownership of tools you want to buy or use, writing business cases for obvious investments can be annoying but it also contributes to your growth. Company Culture is great but is developing on the go so sometimes things might seem a bit too chaotic.
