Pros
Overall a solid, long standing niche P&C company. They have some really good employees, benefits are decent.
Cons
C suite needs revamping. Average age is 70+. CEO is in his 90's a lot of dated thinking and planning. Until covid remote work was almost non-existent. The have been forced to start being more flexible. Tech is old and and needs serious updating. IT management is very poor. The CIO is ok but has managers that are in some cases incompetent and abusive. Add no value and focus on minutia that they want vs. anything the business can actually use. High turnover.
