Pros
It's actually a clean theatre. A lot of the people you'll work with (ushers, some concessionists & box) are great. As an employee you can see movies for free!
Cons
More than half the staff is made up of teenagers, so if you have any maturity whatsoever you will go insane-you will be trapped in high school while working there. They also like to hire complete idiots. There's no nice way of saying it and some are even just flat out rude-and I'm not talking about the teenagers, but the managers. You can do excellent work every day you're there and you will be treated like dirt by most of the managers and you'll get paid just as well. You're supposed to be reviewed every 3 months to see if a raise is earned-I've been there 9 months and have had one evaluation that resulted in a 10-cent raise only because a co-worker wouldn't stop complaining about not having had one yet. It's definitely not worth the headache it will give you every time you're there. Oh, and there's no room to move into a higher position. They keep adding more idiot managers and taking hours away from the people who actually do something, and punish anyone who starts doing a better job than they do.
