      Pros

      Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Ft.Lauderdale. Company sponsored lunches on Wednesdays. Collaborative dynamic where everyone shares ideas and opinions.

      Cons

      It doesn't take long to realize most people are unhappy working there. There's a general negativity in the air, and people are pretty vocal about how they can't wait to leave. The management excels at selling you hopes and dreams, and rarely keeps up with it. It doesn't help they can randomly snap at you at any time, for no reason other than them having a bad day (which is often). Biggest employee turnover I've ever experienced, which made people feel uneasy and like it was a matter of time before it was their turn.

      Pros

      Getting to work with every level of the organization and being close to the work. Easy to connect with VPs and tight knit. You can be honest and they’re flexible with the work schedule. Everyone is rooting for the best in each other and the work. Management actively tries to support the team when we voice concerns.

      Cons

      Hard to find time for development and training. Conversations around salary is difficult to have and not routinely brought up (even for standard cost of living adjustments).
