      Pros

      There are some really nice and personable people that work here. Lunch on Wednesdays can save you some money. The office has a very nice aesthetic.

      Cons

      There are no leaders in leadership positions, rather, stuffed suits pretending to be human. People speak and treat each other horribly and it starts from the top down. Turn over is high which means you are always training someone. There is nowhere to grow within the organization.

      Pros

      Getting to work with every level of the organization and being close to the work. Easy to connect with VPs and tight knit. You can be honest and they’re flexible with the work schedule. Everyone is rooting for the best in each other and the work. Management actively tries to support the team when we voice concerns.

      Cons

      Hard to find time for development and training. Conversations around salary is difficult to have and not routinely brought up (even for standard cost of living adjustments).
