No career growth and poor leadership of overall Mall Head - Operations Starmalls Employee Review

- extended working hours, you are required to attend meetings until dawn and most of the time working overnight without OT Pay - No trainings are being offered to improve employee's skill set - their Mall Head has a very unprofessional manner, employees are not being treated right, yet HR are too blinded to see those actions - Not recommended if you are looking for a healthy working environment and work-life balance - HR are pro-management and does not care for the welfare of their employees
