Pros

On-site parking and cafeteria, honestly couldn’t take advantage of most benefits like the clinic and gym because I was categorized as an employee that didn’t directly work for Starkey. I was not made aware of this when I started.

Cons

If you don’t get categorized as a Starkey employee you get half the PTO people you sit next to every day. Leadership is sexist and expects loyalty just because they have you a job. Only ever received cost of living raises even when praised for my work. Was discouraged by manager from applying for a position in another department.
