The firms leadership for operations is terrible. The processes put in place are almost as if you are putting together an airplane engine, a lot of it highly unnecessary. I guess Deatz wants to show he is actually working and not playing with Star Wars LEGO’s in his office all day. The financial strategy of the firm is terrible, it may lead to future layoffs. Management failed to obtain Water quality reporting over the last 4 years. Diversity and Inclusion does not live at this firm, the numbers will show. Experienced color barrier issues in the office.
