Team was great. Everyone there is nice. It was a good place to get a start in IT, but it's not worth staying longer than a couple years. For anyone looking to work here, here is what I made each year. Cons
This place suffers from wage compression. Raises were decent the first couple years I was here and then they dropped off. I was promised a 10k increase that never happened and that is why I left.
