      Pros

      You will definitely learn a lot here. Since it is a small company you will have your share of work but you will also be able to take on a lot that you would not have the opportunity to do if you were working at a larger company. Good product, nice people.

      Cons

      It's a tough environment, but so are many places that are in the garment industry. There is a lack of structure that would benefit the company.

      Pros

      Coworkers are very friendly and always helpful. Coworkers make the job worth it.

      Cons

      Upper management is super unprofessional and do not care about their employees. Work environment is always hostile and you will always be overworked as an employee. Upper management only cares about their money and about themselves and their own success. Upper management has no issue belittling employees in front of others and do not have any issues with overworking their employees.
