      Incredibly smart, genuine people working towards solving a big problem.

      Cons

      Typical startup nuances vs being at a large company but nimble and fast moving to make up for it; great for some people and not for everyone depending on what you're seeking and accustomed to.

      Many employees really care and are trying to make the company successful

      Cons

      Leadership has zero credibility and changes direction every quarter chasing what ever shiny trend is lighting up LinkedIn. Big issues attracting funding and their Series C raise was a total bust.
