Pros
Unlimited PTO, and you are encouraged to use it. Gym costs $25 Sometimes there are hard-boiled eggs and string cheese in the fridge People are generally nice and most work can be started by 9 and turned off by 5 (if you are doing your job right)
Cons
The amount of reviews we have per year for absolutely NO reward is diabolical Open seating with NO STORAGE Lockers taken by older folks who never take their stuff out 3 phone booths per floor so even if you wanted a private convo you can't have one ever Snacks suck - and it seems like clients notice when the snacks do not reflect their brands Switching to UHC suuuccckkkksss - my bills are crazy right now for a family of 5 They took away the "day off" before a long holiday weekend, citing "we have unlimited PTO" but we all know that is stupid and that it's impossible for an entire team to request off They shortened maternity leave and made it so you can't use PTO The office is freezing all the time Don't expect bonuses or raises I went one year without a merit increase (with glowing reviews) and the next year received a higher scaled increase. This equaled 2.5% over 2 years. Mondays are mandatory, and three times a week is a total joke. They are convinced it has increased efficiency, but this is a lie they tell themselves. There are no snacks on Fridays... and yes, people ARE in the office Pay is dismal and role promotions are rare
