The work environment can be stressful due to poor communication, unclear changes, and limited openness to feedback. - There is no onboarding. - Management micromanages everything you do. - The company is too stingy to provide GitHub or any proper version control tools. - New Year's eve is a Full working day. - Everything depends on the boss’s mood swings. - Management not only dislikes feedback, but may also target employees who speak up too much. - The software is honestly terrible to use and develop. If you point this out, the boss gets angry and may target you daily. Feedback is not accepted at all. - The boss and management constantly push the use of AI despite lacking basic technical knowledge and not understanding how AI works. - Middle management seems more focused on looking good in front of the boss than doing meaningful work, even though much of their workload appears to be just sending emails.
