Pros
The bosses are understanding and flexible with their working arrangements with me as long as I communicate my intentions beforehand. Pretty much expects you to behave as a professional, and in return they give you a lot of freedom to work on your project. Compensation is dependent purely on merit
Cons
They don't seem to want to expand operations though, so after awhile the games we make tend to be in the same genre.
