great learning curve exposure to new tools like pipedrive if you are joining for learning new things, it is good because they are very tech adapting and you get to learn new stuff everyday i went crazy in my initial days thinking there is so much chaos and policies are not streamlined and everyone is doing everything but then i understood this is startup and people were going out of their way to do stuff because they wanted to learn new things. if you don't like to do something you can even request to change your role to something else - they are happy to accomodate
