Pros

There are more positions than case management.

Cons

“Training” consists of following around different case managers who are all trying to meet impossible standards for two weeks so they don’t have time to properly train new staff. Terrible management. They do play favorites and are not above playing childish, petty games when dealing with their least favorite. Due to horrible management and training, turnover rate is incredibly high leaving the case loads far behind. New employees are expected to get over 200 clients caught up with no guidance. Several clients commented on having “another new case manager” during introductory appointments. Clients are shuffled between save managers so often they can’t even tell you what go their last one was. Many were frustrated by this.

Pros

The nurses are nice and helpful.

Cons

The team dynamics suck but mostly because the manager doesn't try to get a team that works well together just someone to fill the position. The manager clearly has favorites. He promotes the ones who need the most help and are who are incompetent. There is no good feedback. Everything depends on his mood and if he decided to take his meds that day. The pay is ehhh considering what you do and who you are dealing with. Could it be worse? Absolutely. The poor MHS don't get paid jack to get punched and kicked.
