With StarBase you're working for a dynamic company that will send you to different places working with major names in all business sectors. They provide full support when you are sent out on project and will ensure you have the correct training before being deployed. The training I received was of a decent standard, and helped me learn some tools key to the testing industry. I am a new consultant who has only been at the company for 3 months, and I know there is more training to come, which is a good thing as it shows StarBase are committed to your growth as an individual.

Potential downsides are being on the move a lot - I had to move from quite far away to be close to the office, only to be sent on project that required an hour+ commute. Be aware of how much you are willing to spend on a relocation. However, if there is ever a need to stay overnight, such as travelling an unreasonable distance, StarBase will pay for your overnight and food etc. They also cover all travel to clients, meaning although i had a long commute I was reimbursed.
