      Good working conditions, interesting challenges, overall nice team.

      Top management is working like a feudal state. You are either for or against them, and there is zero interest for new ideas.

      Driving all day and the social contact.

      Cons

      Very hard work, only 1h pause for more than 8h works sometimes more than 10 hours work in one day. Everything have to be done fast and at time.
