Worst Company I have ever seen - Trainer Star Secutech Employee Review

During your interview they entertain you very well. when you start your job like 10 days they treat you very well and sudden change their attitude towards you.

I won't recommend this company to any female employee. If you married then they always criticize you about your married life. Like why you marriage so early, why you birth a kid so early. No Job security. Every time they make you afraid by telling that we don't have project we need to shutdown soon. They treat the employees like a servant. No evening morning tea snacks. They mix water in 1L milk and use whole day. No proper washrooms. In washroom you feel like you are at railway platform or bus stop. Management is not maintaining professionalism. No timely salary payment even salary is delayed by 2-3 months. They tell you reason like they don't have fund to give you salary. When you start discussing about your salary date then whole management stand against you. Even salary cheque get bounce. Senior management is not thinking from employee point of view. Every time they want to utilize you more & more by stretching working hours without and pay. No meaning of employee problems. Sudden office working hours time changed. They open the PF & ESI account when you left job.

Opportunity for employee to grow and excel in their career. Skill Enhancement Sessions are conducted to handle the challenging situations.
