Too Top Down - Sales Manager Star Rentals Employee Review

Care too much about employees who don't produce--employees who have realized that doing little gets you paid just as much as working your butt off. Strong socialist-style corporate tendencies that rely on a very top-down approach instead of a more field-driven approach. Store managers are there to numbly repeat orders from the ruling class to the serfs below them--not to drive up revenue/profits and make store-level managerial decisions (needed for decades) that would benefit the store/company. Company is at risk of becoming a dinosaur and may already be there.
