      Challenging environment lately with all the changes going on in the world (supply chain, inflation, etc.) but makes the work even more fulfilling in the end.

      Pay was good given my educational experience.

      Cons

      Long hours, minimum vacation time. Little training provided for my position. If you like being praised for good work don’t expect to get it from anyone other than your immediate coworkers. Lots of people seem to get fired for little reason.
