If you want to learn politics then do join because it’s perfect for you

No set of rules, no pre-planning of work. No extra activities No work life balance In this company Owner(CEO) is non-deserving and non-professional. He treats employees like labour, whether you are responsible or not/senior or junior. There is no process of working. You will learn to work in pressure but won't learn any quality work. Management can be seen nowhere in this company and they all are just trying to save their job and enjoy more than anyone else. Only the people who are experts at buttering can survive here. Salary never comes on time and After leaving this organisation I am feeling that I came out from hell.

That's a good one as there are no pros

Still regret on my decision on why I joined it, said to be one of the wittiest company. Full of politics, pathetic HR, salary comes 2 months late sometimes, no working management, comapany policies are varied as per the individuals.
