1.Heavy Work pressure. 2.Should work for 13-14 hours 3.No Value for your hardwork. 4.No respect for employees . They are treated like slaves. 5.Don't give leaves when required. 6.You have to learn everything by yourself .No support from seniors and they have lack of knowledge. 7.No one to check what we are doing is in a right way or not. If it works its okay for them.
