      Zero reasons to be work here

      Cons

      They will not giv anything in writing. No offer letter no salary slips no explanation or clarification of what your role will be and you can be asked to do anything at anytime. They do not approve attendance regularization but you expect every employee to work in the field. You can't punch at work but regularization is not accepted.

      Nothing. Hr is good but they work according to the sales head

      I did a sale, sales head told me many slangs,that's Amir siddique former Godrej head, he doesn't have a leadership quality, he only talks to those who can flatter him very much, he thinks he is a lord in real-estate market, but he doesn't care about the employees at all, he comes in a fortuner and thinks he is a fortune guy working in prestige and godrej, but he shares Godrej data with all the channel partner, he is really a bad guy
