free food. the job is bot hard but the working environment is terrible.
Cons
Excessive micromanaging. Bad manager, love to accuse his team, sometimes threaten with our employment (although i always meet or exceed my kpi). i feel depressed working at star, especially with this boss :( always talk down to me until i feel unwanted and realise that my manager hates me and i have no idea what i've done to him :( totally not good for my mental health.
