Pros
It's a great company to work. You can start your career from scratch there and work your way up. It's not only about career progression though, the environment and the people that surround you make you strive for more, widen your horizons, deepen your knowledge.
Cons
As the company grew bigger, there's more bureaucracy in internal processes. Nevertheless, the managers tried to keep it to the minimum.
