Pros
The new machine line offers a lot of potential for the market. The floor engineers and production team are very cohesive, collaborative and offer a wealth of knowledge about machine building in general.
Cons
Management does not listen nor hear employees when it comes to change. They are very narrow minded. When asked to review processes and provide improvements...if these improvements require modifications to any process established by management or deter from managements control the improvement will be ignored.
