Pros
Nonexistent, meeting people in airports is about the only plus. Most of the restaurant staff are great people but usually go elsewhere for better pay.
Cons
Low pay, 60+ hour work weeks, no matching 401k, incompetent corporate office. Most of the units run off skeleton crews so if your a manager be prepared to cook, wait tables, buss, host, etc
