Pros
- Employees communicate in mandarin as their main language, people with strong mandarin background will be able to communicate effectively - Air conditioned working environment - Employees often come up with Innovative solutions to complex problems - Flexible working hours and break times (subject to HR approval)
Cons
- Management is non-existent, Company head relays message to all employees individually without holding a meeting or conference to discuss the overall project to all employees - No clear direction from the company (Lacking in management and hierarchical structure) - Lack of communication between employees - Lack of motivation to improve workflow - Moderately understaffed, daily work in all departments require additional OT and an employee will be tasked with multiple responsibilities - Company is not willing to hire more employees in an effort to cut cost which is the direct result of current employees having to work OT daily and even come back on the weekends
