-Travel benefits -Central office location -Great training ground for aspiring actors, deploy your fake laughter and fake tears

Cons

-Politics between the alliance and airlines trickles down to everyone in the office, turning the environment into a circus - No real care for the employee’s growth, track record, or ambitions. If you’re in a shiny new project where all external stakeholders have their eyes on, then great, otherwise you’re likely at the mercy of arbitrary ‘no budgets’, ‘re-organisation’, or termination because ‘not a “culture” fit’. If you get a reason, you’re lucky. Many terminations have occurred with no clear reason provided. - problem of ‘the CEO/VPs said this’ -> so let's do this’, leading to multiple rounds of a ‘broken telephone’ game - Team leads are all afraid to make decisions until leadership looks through every single detail -No authenticity allowed. Any personal opinions or views shared that aren’t in line with what ‘leadership’ is thinking will be called out and suppressed.
