NOTHING, I FIND GOOD IN THIS COMPANY.

Worst HR Management: -------------------------------- - No responsibilities handling - Daily arrives late in the office at 10.30 or 10.45 & leave early before time. - Make fake entries in the register - Cheating the management,Even didn't turn on her system till CEO's enter in the office - Gossip with employees & interrupt other employees from work - Do net surfing whole day in watching videos, playing games, instead of doing office work - Do too much partiality with employees - Provoke employees against other employees - Leak inner management's privacy with employees HR is meant for employees, but STAPLE LOGIC HR is against of employees welfare. So mean HR. Head management (CEO): ----------------------------------- - No Project management - Very careless in regards to run company - Filled most higher experienced rough Employee in organization - At the spot firing of employees , never think about them & never notify them before taking such step - No value of employees Hard-Work

Working here was worst experience. Management thinks they are doing good but they are exploiting their employees. Salary is as labor here. Freshers have to work free and after 6 months salary will starts from 7-8K only. For experienced it not place to work as they will be fired in month of their appraisals. Appraisal here is a big dream the funny thing is on the day of salary also you don't know whether you will receive appraisal or not and if yes then how much, and sometimes its postponed to next month without informing you on time. and then next month they will say to send resignation as they can afford more salary. They always ask to send resignation they don't terminates you. The notice period must be 1 month as per company rule book but they can fire you in 1 day. Work extra time in office and from home also for which they will never pay pay and if you don't work then they ask for resignation. They don't have funds to run company. They are depend upon 2 clients only whom they brought from their previous company.
