Overworked, bad management and a culture of fear. - Teacher Stanstead College Employee Review

Really poor management who are only interested in themselves. They run the place with a culture of fear, being overworked and having no life is not conducive to a happy workplace. All junior managers backstab you to look good or hold you back to ensure your skills are kept exactly where they want them. I have seen fellow teachers in tears as their bosses stop promotions because it suits the college, so looking after the individual is non existant.
